These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sendly mobile application and website (the "Service"). By creating an account, downloading, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming binding contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• To access certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Requests & Settlements

Sendly allows you to send payment requests and track group expenses. You authorize Sendly to initiate transactions based on the bank details you provide. Sendly is not a bank; all payments are processed through licensed banking partners.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
• Transmit any viruses or malicious code.
• Interfere with the security of the Service or others" use of it.

6. Fees and Charges

Sendly may charge fees for certain features (e.g., instant settlements, business accounts). Any fees will be displayed upfront, and you must agree to them before they apply.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and software on the Service are the property of Sendly or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Sendly disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes and post the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
